Pilates will strengthen your back, knees, ankle and other joints. Depending on the cause of your conditions some exercises are not recommended, that is why I keep the class simple and safe. Any mild discomfort at the start of the class should disappear as muscles become stronger, this will happen with consistency of correct movement, class after class.
