Pre & Post natal training
Weight training helps you build stamina, which you need during labour and delivery. Our weight training classes in French Vanoli and carefully designed and conducted by highly qualified trainers. Classes will combine barbells, dumbbells and strength and core work that is specifically suited for pregnacy.

Small group training (max. 8 per class). You can join the class at any stage
