CrossFit combines weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. The great thing about CrossFit is that each class is different, so you will never get bored. In each class you attend you will be warmed up, shown the exercises in the workout and appropriate scaling, you will be timed, encouraged, motivated and then cooled down at the end. Essentially a full personal training session in a group environment.

Here at CrossFit Galway our training is designed to ensure you succeed at all levels, and do so under the careful eye of our experienced coaches. Proper form, correct technique and your overall safety is paramount to all other considerations, and at CrossFit Galway our goal is to keep you injury free, and fit for life.



Complete Our CrossFit Fundamentals 1 - 1 Session

The fundamentals course is mandatory for everyone new to CrossFit Galway to ensure safety and proper technique as well as to build a solid platform beginning CrossFit.

The fundamentals course is a private session that consists of 1 X 90 Minute (1.5 Hours ) session which can be booked on the days listed below.

Fundamental Course Pricing: 1.5 Hour Private session Fee = 65 euro payable via the Sign Up link below. 

Within these Sessions, we educate you on everything from basic air squat to some of the more complex movements associated with our training sessions such as;​

Following the completion of the Fundamental course, our certified coaches will ensure that you are ready to safely transition onto our CrossFit group classes and can discuss membership options with you. Both classes must be completed before you may attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit group classes. Please email to get started
